SC Governor McMaster can direct South Carolina Medicaid to permit the ongoing delivery of mental health services online by independently licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians starting now.  Should the Governor take this action, clients can receive these essential mental health services while staying home to stop the spread of the virus, which will also help clinicians and their families to remain safe and healthy.
