Hi I hope someone can see this I am Joseph's mother, it is with a sad heart I write that Joseph's best friend never happened. When we received star she was undernourished , and very trimmed we put this down to new surroundings as Henry stated but things only got worse she refused to eat even me hand feeding her didn't work took her to vets who had to give her injections , she would cower when u pet her and urinate when telling Henry this we were instructed to be more firm with her and even slap her on the nose!!things didn't improve and Henry told us she must of slipped throught the net to bring her back and go back on the puppy list , so we did as Henry stated she could never be a service dog!! We were givin dates for new pup but that never happened. We heard very nasty things about how the pups were treated so desired to look for everyone's money back Henry refused and threatened us we are still fighting to get everyone's money back who gave to our son 6,000€ and now we found out Henry rehomed star ( Joseph's best friend) to another family with an autistic child receiving another 6,000€ that's 12,000€ for one pup!!! If anyone can see this plz share our story isn't been heard he's blocking those who Speke out about him and SDE joe Duffy liveline did a big story on him and there is so many like us we have no service dog and the 6,000€ the public gave to our son is withheld by Henry fitzsimons (CEO of SDE) xxxxxx we are so very sorry your money has ended up in this persons hands and we are fighting very hard to get it back xxxxxxxx
