Today I stand with the employees of Henry County demanding the pay raises and benefits they have earned, enough is enough! The political dysfunction on the county commissioners has our county employees suffering because of personal political bickering and pettiness. It is completely unacceptable that dedicated employees who have steered us through the pandemic successfully with a budget surplus no less would be denied pay raises and hazard pay when millions of dollars have been received by Henry County government from the American Rescue Plan and citizens who voted for Splost and T-Splost to increase available dollars in the budget.

Please sign the petition supporting raises for our amazing Henry county employees and demand the Henry County Commissioners end the political bickering holding up due compensation putting the people first.
