Blackwood wants to develop One Pouncey Tract with 295 apartments and more retail space. It wants to create two entrances for Twin Hickory Lakes Drive. This will dramatically exacerbate traffic at the entrance of our Twin Hickory subdivision. Due to the layout there will be people making u-turns to get back to Pouncey Tract. This development should not use Twin Hickory Lakes Drive for a separate development that is not part of the subdivision.
