We live in a residential neighborhood and our neighbors have displayed animal cruelty on 2 different occasions. The first was keeping live stock (pigs, horses & chickens) in a confined area. They removed them after going to court. Most recently keeping bear traps around the perimeter of their property and trapping a red fox. TWA, Animal Control & the Police were called.  A police report was filed. The officers handled it beautifully & it was a grey area for them. They called a company to put Foxy down in a humane way. The homeowners have not faced any consequences on both accounts.
