I strongly believe that people with low social and bodily awareness should be restricted from driving motor vehicles, including cars, scooters, and especially motorcycles/dirtbikes. It pains me to constantly hear stories news read news articles about how accidents caused by a lack of awareness have bruised the butts of these individuals. If these individuals continue to run rampant on the beautiful streets of Albuquerque, how many more people will they touch? The time to act is now because two of these individuals are recovering from accidents related to motorbikes, so if we get enough signatures, then we are sure to end their rampage once and for all.
