Harlow Council have agreed to conduct a speed survey in response to this petition so that is a great start. Unfortunately they also say that when they conducted speed surveys in June and Sept 2023 they did not find any evidence of speeding !

So they need evidence to proceed. Any details of accidents on Potter Street, cases where the Police were called etc... which should be sent to :
