In the city of sylmar it’s been known as a quaint community with local businesses  and  residents know each other for years and go about their day . However  in the start of 2020 we have a dubious resident who has been torturing and killing the stray cats and others even in plain view of the residents of sylmar . Calls and complaints have been made since this man started his cruel spree of these innocent animals since then and our cry to put this man behind bars has been ignored . And the chilling part is we been told that we have to submit an actual footage of this sick individual harming a cat or animal in the moment for the authorities to do something . Now thanks to so many efforts from residents and cat animal rescue  Bloos little rescue owner  Ivón Bautista we have photographic evidence of his acts on poor cats and kittens that have been killed or harmed by this man . In the state of California cats are considered free roaming animals and it’s a felony to harm an animal or pet and this includes stray animals . So many have caught this man doing things and setting traps to get these poor cats in arms length he’s always goes to where he knows many rescues or residents go to feed the cat colonies and he plays victim when called on by authorities and states those who try to stop him as harassing him and they let him get away with it . This person isn’t homeless For almost 3 years he’s been killing these poor cats which no sign of stopping and we as a community in sylmar live in fear he will start attacking  residents next. If he’s fearless in plain sight killing defenseless animals imagine what he will do to people . We are asking for your support and help to bring his atrocities to light and bring justice to those who don’t have a voice . Help us stop the sylmar cat killer !!!!
