Dear respected sir, ma'am

On 28th march 2018 class 10th Mathematics (041) exam was conducted all across india. Exam was very easy and the questions were straight forward and all the students were happy that exam went well and moreover finally they were free.

But to astonishment after 2 hours we get a news that cbse has decided to conduct the Mathematics exam again and dates will be announced soon.

The claim was that Maths paper was leaked and floated on social media. But upon checking i found no news or article dated 27th march 2018 that the paper was leaked or claimed that we have the paper. Claims were also made for the class 10th social science paper and nearly all the papers of class 12th but nothing was done in their cases except for Economics.

I am not saying that paper was not leaked it could have been leaked but it is unfair to the students who studied non stop day and night for this exam.

Students and teacher are dissapointed all over india with cbse's decision and no one wants a re-exam. Here is an article to HT about the complaints

We have a pressure build up before the exam with which we have to cope up and study. Mathematics exam was last exam and students were happy that finally they will be free from all the pressure and tension. But the re examination has, however,  increased their worries more. Same goes for the 12th Economics(030) Exam also.

Students who did well and were expecting a high score are worried about how the re-examination will go and they'd have to study again as the are expecting that the examination would now be tougher after all what happened!

Also many schools commence the class XI session early to start class XII early in order to finish the syllabus. And if the examination would be conducted again its the students who will suffer later as new sessions will commence late. Moreover 12th students are already preparing for there entrance exams so a re-examination would also disturb their schedule.

I am not against the fact that the mischievous people who leaked should not be punished but i am against the fact that because of them majority of students that were innocent and studied hard will have to suffer.

So i would request you to cancel the re examination so as to be fair with the innocent hard working students.
