This year At Taylor Alderdice High School a policy was implemented that allows students, 1 at a time, to use select bathrooms for only 20 minutes during class time. In these 20 minutes less than 30 stalls are available for 1300 kids. 

this means, collectively less than 2 stalls are available for 65 kids.

often times students are not able to go to the bathroom at all due to the amount of kids waiting in line.

this requires students to miss valuable class time.

Sometimes around 10-15 minutes if lines are long and bathrooms are far from their class.

not to mention, girls at Allderdice are often not able to take care of their feminine needs, either at all, or discretely.

this could turn into a potential health risk.
