An arrest was made in this case on June 7, 2023. Marshall Ralph Payne was indicted back in April 2023 on 2 counts of murder in the death of Dj Fickey. 1. Malice murder 2. Felony murder. Court proceedings have begun with an arraignment as well as a bond hearing resulting in a $100,000 property bond. The case has now been placed under a gag order by the judge.
