We did it!! We have the indictment and the arrest has been made!! 2 counts of murder. Malice and felony murder. Marshall Ralph payne is now in custody in the Walker county sheriffs department. Thank you all so much for all your help and support!! We don’t have a guilty verdict yet but this was the biggest fight! Now it’s up to 12 jurors ��
