It has come to our attention that there's widespread mistreatment and a hostile work environment at Poppas Buffet and Grill, stemming from management, that is affecting the wellbeing of current and past employees. Stories of employees' experiences highlight the urgent need for intervention to address this issue. There have been numerous yet unaddressed complaints of unfair treatment, discrimination, and verbal abuse. This situation is unacceptable in any workplace, and goes against the Fair Labor Standards Act, which protects employees from hostile work conditions (U.S. Department of Labor). 

We believe it's time to advocate for the deserved rights of Poppas Buffet and Grill's employees. We call on relevant authorities and labor rights organizations to investigate this matter and take appropriate actions against any validated workplace violations.
