We are a group dedicated to our historic past we spend hours researching locations and then we document and upload to our platform for the past few months we've been in contact with the local mayor and council about being given access to completely clean up the surrounding area of litter needles and making it all visible aswell as a gated access with a sign explaining what it is what it's used for and for contact to look inside we will be bringing this back into light aswell as into the community we plan to also make benches aswell as having some mannequins inside you'll be able to walk this rather large tunnel system and see children's footprints in the concrete the council have been very lazy in replying this is at no cost to the council we will fully fund and do all work needed their excuse is about the safety of an 80 year old shelter we will take every step needed to assure those it is safe we want to put back into the community and let people see the only proper air raid shelter we have an actual part of ww2 and its being hidden away under trash needles and over growth so please help us achieve our goal we are also raising money for the baird ward at the conquest hospital in Hastings east sussex
