Help Us Bring N Performance Licence Plates to NSW – A Win for the N Community

Help Us Bring N Performance Licence Plates to NSW – A Win for the N Community
The issue
I am an avid car enthusiast and have a deep affection for the Hyundai N brand. However, like many other fans of these powerful and stylish vehicles, I've noticed that there's no unique way to express that fondness via license plates in New South Wales. We're advocating for the approval of N Performance style licence plates to display on Hyundai N vehicles in the region. This would not only enhance the individuality of the vehicles but also bolster the sense of community among Hyundai N enthusiasts.
"Hyundai N and N Line sales setting records":
- Nearly one-third of Hyundai cars sold last year were N or N Line models.
- Out of 75,215 total Hyundais sold, 23,983 were N or N Line, accounting for 31.9%.
- If treated as a separate brand, Hyundai N and N Line would surpass Audi, Honda, Lexus, and Suzuki in sales.
- The i30 N hatch was the most popular, with the i30 Sedan following closely behind.
- In total, 4,521 high-performance N models were sold in 2023.
- Tucson N Line saw significant success, with 46.6% of the model’s total volume.
- N Line accounted for 19,462 vehicles sold in 2023.
- Interest in the N sub-brand is expected to rise with updates to various models and the introduction of the Ioniq 5 N.
The emphasizes the growing popularity and strong performance of Hyundai's N and N Line sub-brands in the Australian market.
It's time for NSW to recognise the enthusiasm we have for our Hyundai N vehicles by allowing us to proudly display N Performance style license plates. Your signature can help us achieve this goal. Please sign this petition to support our passion for driving and our love for the Hyundai N brand.
