For more than 10 years, Gremio USA FC has proudly held practices and community activities in Marlborough, serving more than 500 local families and helping build connections among Brazilian, Hispanic, American, and other families throughout our community.

We are asking the City of Marlborough to install four light posts at Dirico Field at Ghiloni Park.

Adequate lighting would make a meaningful difference for the many children, families, athletes, and community members who use the park. During the fall and winter months, daylight ends much earlier, limiting the safe use of the field and surrounding areas in the late afternoon and evening. Installing lights would allow residents to enjoy the park more safely and for longer hours, whether they are participating in youth sports, exercising, walking, or spending time with their families.

This improvement would not only benefit Gremio USA FC and our players, but also the broader Marlborough community by making an important public recreational space safer, more accessible, and more useful throughout the year.

We respectfully ask for your support in requesting that the City of Marlborough install four light posts at Dirico Field at Ghiloni Park.

Please sign this petition and help us create a safer, brighter, and more welcoming space for our children, families, and community.

Thank you for your support and collaboration.
