Because we believe that community connection for these petition drives is important, we are also collecting signatures on the beaches and streets of Beverly. We already have an additional 100 signatures. Everyone we approach think it's a no-brainer to have trash cans on our beaches. 

Also, did you know that clean, greener spaces make us happier? According to a study, "residents of areas that had either the greening or trash removal projects reported a decrease in feelings of depression by about 40 percent."
