The elephants of the Elephant Breading Center of Chitwan live tied to both front legs with short chains that do not allow them almost mobility, the facilities are very rudimentary and there is evidence of elephants with behavior disorders, moving their head up and down and trying to break free of the chains... The government exploits Elephants by exposing them to tourists and used as attractions for people to ride in them among other profit activities.

We must help these poor animals to reach the freedom or at least to live and be treated  in a decent conditions.
