I spoke to the Irish Embassy yesterday and they indicated that the Ministry for Justice has just announced that it will hold public discussions of the Stamp 0 issue in the very near future. Before scheduling these discussions (which I assume will be some internet-based discussion board or other email exchange), Justice will publish their draft recommendations. So it seems as if this issue is finally coming to a head, as we suspected would happen sooner or later. I cannot find anything online about this announcement. Please let me know if anyone finds something in writing. I would like to update everyone on the petition with this new information. Also, if you have any ideas to raise to the Ministry in its public forum, please share. I STILL NEED 21 SIGNATURES to get the petition sent to the Ministry so please help to share with all of your friends and family, if you have not already, via Facebook or other social media or via email distribution lists.
