Slidell is in desperate need of a skatepark!!! There are tons of skaters and bikers in the city that get told stuff when riding in an empty parking lot. A simple skatepark only cost $45,000. A simple skatepark could help teens in Slidell a lot. It would give them a place to skate or ride their bike AND it would keep kids out of trouble! Not every kid in the city of Slidell plays football, soccer, or basketball. So please give another sport a chance! Skateboarding and BMX is a sport that many kids in this city do! We need a place to go to! Thank you!
