SCCR is a business that has been doing an incredible job in helping neglected animals. They have been providing shelter, food, and medical care to animals that have been abandoned or mistreated. SCCR has also been working tirelessly to find loving homes for these animals.

According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter animal shelters every year in the United States alone. Out of those, approximately 1.5 million are euthanized due to overcrowding and lack of resources.

SCCR has made a significant impact by rescuing many of these animals and finding them permanent homes with loving families. In 2019 alone, SCCR rescued over 600 dogs and cats from high-kill shelters across the country.

However, SCCR is facing financial difficulties due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. With fewer donations coming in and increased costs associated with caring for their rescued animals during this time, they are struggling to keep up with their expenses.
