SB-225, HB-3106, and SB-546 are bills that are currently up for debate in the West Virginia House and Senate. 

People across West Virginia use Delta 8 to treat chronic pain, epilepsy, depression/anxiety, and more important than anything else; They use these products to help treat any opioid addictions they have. 

With Opiates already a major issue in West Virginia, many mountaineers are finding this bill as a strike at their personal civil liberties and freedom.

Help us change the mind of our elected leaders who are letting us down again and again! 

Might I add - The state is already struggling economically, with a lack of healthcare and infrastructure, so moves like this shouldn’t be the priority of the house or senate.
