Most of us, including myself have at some point purchased a feather down item of some sort. Have we put any thought into how it is made, probably not! Most of us trust our retailers to source humane and cruelty free items in this day and age. Ignorance when buying these products needs to stop as it our own responsibility to educate ourselves; however selling items that have been made in such a dispicable manner it Is totally irresponsible for outlets across the world.

It’s socking that the big name brands we trust are willing to keep lining the pockets and allowing these suppliers to thrive and make a profit from the suffering of these poor innocent animals. How can it be acceptable to us to let this treatment continue, we wouldn’t accept this treatment for our everyday pets, so why for these animals.
