I am a Healthacare worker who loves what I do.I started at a company that is amazingly Innovative and inclusive. My manager however is for lack of a better word intimidator/manipulator and has a narcissistic personality. If you do not gossip with her and feed her information in regards to the other employees she will start to make your life miserable in and outside of work. I had to block her from my phone in order to save my mental health. Finally yesterday I spoke up in a meeting that we were having over Google meet and things have gotten worse since then. It’s not healthy for any of my team members to be in this situation one of them has already left due the Anxiety of it all,however I love my job and the eight people that I work with. Please help me with as many signatures as possible so that I am able to give it to HR and stop this woman from ruining lives people in the past have quit but I do not wanna quit I would like to stand up to what is happening this is not my company‘s mission this is only hers.
