We need to make sure eBay hands over money management back over to PayPal. We need this so they stop earning interest on our money that is not theirs. I am not the only one they’re doing this to. I’ve been trying to get my money for over a month now. I’ve submitted and resubmitted everything they’ve asked for 4 times and still no clear answer. 

My name is Jasmine Heitz, and like many others around the globe, rely on selling products on eBay to make a living or earn some extra cash for items we no longer use. However, we are facing a significant issue - eBay's unethical financial practices. They hold our money hostage and gain interest from it, effectively stealing from us. Any donations made will go towards an attorney to begin a “”Class Action Lawsuit”” against eBay corporation.

This issue is not just personal to me but affects countless sellers worldwide who depend on this platform for their livelihood or supplemental income. It's time we demand justice against these unfair practices.

According to a report by The Guardian in 2019, numerous sellers have complained about delayed payments and funds being held without clear reasons. This practice not only disrupts our financial stability but also undermines trust in the platform.

We are calling upon all affected parties and those who believe in fair business practices to join us in demanding that eBay stop these unethical financial practices immediately. We want transparency, fairness, and most importantly - justice! Please sign this petition if you stand with us against corporate greed at the expense of hardworking individuals like ourselves.
