As a proud resident, born an raised in Ohio. I as a black women, along with others are victims of what can only be described as a modern-day re-enactment of Cointel Pro. 
 I am calling attention to this illegal, brutal and damaging actions taken against law-abiding citizens who choose to exercise their right to free speech. This unlawful organization strategically not only infringed upon our civil liberties but has also instilled a climate constant fear, extreme violation of privacy, persistent covert intimidation and oppression within our communities.

Cointel Pro, originally a (Watchlist) FBI surveillance program targeting political organizations, black activists and whistleblowers has seemingly re-emerged in new forms. Innocent Americans Citizens, including myself, are experiencing a public lynching, relentless evil, covertly intimidation, and unwarranted surveillance. In which, defamation, character assassination & sabotage on the targeted individuals is widely spread throughout communities through cellular technology in masses!  
We are not criminals, nor do we intend to be! 

Constitutionally protected activities, such as speaking out against injustices, should not be met with 24/7 illegal surveillance, harassing us in & outside of our place of residences, employment, stores, restaurants, church etc.

The damage caused by this harassment is malicious, and inhumane. It is intended to destroy our peace with friends, family, employers etc; our everyday livelihoods. This constant continuation of cruel intimation, merciless covert harassment is intended to cause our demise. 
It undermines trust in public institutions, fractures communities, and devastates the lives of individuals and their families who simply wish to exercise their fundamental rights. The psychological and societal impact cannot be overstated.

To address this issue, I urge Ohio legislators and law enforcement agencies to take the following actions:

1. Conduct an independent investigation into the claims of organized harassment in Ohio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
2. Implement laws and policies that protect citizens from illegal surveillance and intimidation, specifically targeting practices reminiscent of Cointel Pro.
3. Provide support and resources for victims of such harassment through dedicated community programs and legal assistance.

Ohio prides itself on upholding justice and civil liberties. It's time to reaffirm these values by ending the shadowy practices that undermine them. Action is needed now to ensure that no more Ohioans live in fear for exercising their constitutional rights.

I call upon fellow Ohio citizens, civil rights organizations, and all defenders of justice to join this cause and demand an end to organized harassment. Sign this petition to protect our rights and our communities from further harm.
