Please sign this petition to prosecute the perpetrator of repeated sexual assault of a disabled child and the perpetrator of severe child abuse, among many other crimes.

How I have been affected;

 I was born disabled in Amarillo Texas in September of 1989. I was very sheltered as a child due to my disabilities. In and out of the hospital dozens of times by the age of 15. 

 At age 15 I was introduced to an 18 year old, very experienced adult woman who immediately began grooming and sexually assaulting me. 

 At age 16 I was raped while unconscious by this adult woman and a child was conceived. I was not only raped as a disabled child but forced into a pregnancy as a disabled child. 

 The child was born when I was 17 to the then 20 year old adult woman and the day I turned 18 the perpetrator abducted the child. 

 She then returned with the child several months later only to continue her manipulation, grooming and sexual assaults. 

 At age 19 I was drugged by this woman and again sexually assaulted with another child being conceived. 

 I was 20 when the second child was born. Ten months after the second child was born the "mother" abandoned the children to me and my parents for over a year until creating a ruse to abduct the children.

The mother once again abducted the now two children and for 13 years now has completely concealed the children from me.

 After hiring a PI and finding the mother living in one state with one child and having abandoned the other child in a completely different state, court action was started.  

 A month after I filed the first court action and petitioned for a parenting plan the respondent (mother) fled the state and filed a competing parenting plan in a different state. 

 It was decided that the jurisdiction she left has jurisdiction and the case will remain where I originally filed it. 

 Yet she has not only completely circumvented the jurisdiction and any authority of the court in which the case is filed but she has completely circumvented ALL authorities.

 It has now been over a year since the start of the parenting plan action I initiated and my children are still being unlawfully concealed from me. 

 Then to top it off I am now being ordered to pay child support.

 The children were both conceived through rape, rape of a disabled drugged child. 

 Then the children were illegally taken and illegally kept away from the disabled father for over 13 years. 

 Now the disabled father is being ordered to pay for being drugged and raped as a child, being forced into a pregnancy as a child and having his children illegally taken and completely concealed from him for 13 years. 

 Victimize me some more why don't ya! I've been victimized by this adult woman since I was a child. I have needed protection from this woman since I was a child and I still need protection from this woman.

 No one has done anything to help me or my children escape from this abusers control for almost 18 years now.

 I've made many reports to many different authorities, sent many messages, emails, talked with lawyers, counselors, doctors and if anyone had helped whatsoever in the last 18 years I wouldn't be in the situation I am in. 

 The help that is needed is the prosecution of this criminal.

 There's no way I or any other male in the United States for that matter would get away with the crimes this woman has committed. 

 I know I'm being discriminated against and mistreated, mostly because I am a male, I'm sure having a last name of Diaz doesn't help either.

 That is apparent when I am told things like “every 15 & 16 year old boy wants to have sex with an older woman” by people like Sean Wristen with the Mendocino County Sheriff's Dept., or “if you were a female the district attorney would be all over this” by Judith Sill a licensed psychologist in Mendocino Ca., or “I'm not going to help those people” which was said by David Eyster to Keith Faulder when Keith reached out to him on my behalf for his assistance with the abducted children.

 I am also being attacked about my disabilities.

 I'm pretty much at my wits end at what I can do. I can't do what it takes to help my children and the authorities don't seem to care about children, victims or prosecuting criminals. 

 There is nothing I can do to teach my children that what their mother has done is wrong and that it is criminal. I can't make the arrests needed to stop the abuse or bring the charges against the perpetrators of crimes to hold them accountable for their criminal actions. 

 These alleged crimes are very serious crimes, crimes against children, crimes against the disabled, crimes that span multiple states and even federal crimes like TAX fraud.

 My rapist said “if these allegations weren't so serious they would be laughable”.

 With your help, maybe just maybe, I can bring enough attention to the authorities for them to take action and bring charges against Casie Lynne Hawkins for all of the crimes she has committed. As well as charges against Loren Scott Brewer as an accomplice to Casie and the 13 years of severe psychological child abuse of the two abducted children. 

 From my understanding of California penal code 278.5, the accomplice Loren Scott Brewer, is just as guilty and can still be punished under its code.

 

This has gone on far too long.

 This woman has committed far to many crimes and caused far too much irreparable damage.

Child grooming.

Sexual assault of a disabled child.

Child conception by way of rape of a disabled child.

Child abuse.

Parental abduction.

Custodial interference.

Child neglect.

Tax fraud.

Perjury.

Lying to the police and making false police reports.

 

 And to think that this woman believes everyone else is to blame and too immature to take ANY accountability for her actions. She even has the audacity to post a comment online saying that another woman needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent, quoting “it's not neglect, it's ABUSE AND MURDER”. Yeah, what about the abuse she has committed? This woman, Casie Lynne Hawkins, has murdered the relationship between myself and my two children.

 

 

 

I have done nothing to warrant my rights being violated and restricted in my relationship with my  children. There is no evidence of anything against me, at all.

 

 

All the evidence is against Casie Lynne Hawkins, the record is there and perhaps with enough signatures (eyes on the authorities) a multi state investigation will be conducted and this criminal will finally be brought to justice.
