WHY SIGN THIS PETITION

More than 27,000 people have signed this petition calling for affordable access to GLP-1 medications, and more than 400 people have shared their stories. Two years later, we've made progress, but access is still a problem. People are still losing insurance coverage, being denied treatment, struggling through prior authorizations, or facing costs they simply cannot afford. Access to compounded GLP-1 medications has also become more restricted since the FDA shortages ended.

Your signatures don't just sit on Change.org, they have been formally submitted to the FDA and USPTO, asking for action on affordability, coverage, competition and access. Since this petition began, we've seen lower cash-pay options, new coverage initiatives and much more national attention on the cost and accessibility of these medications.

This petition is one small part of a much larger advocacy effort, and we're not finished.
