We have a critical event occurring Thursday evening related to the Mega Warehouse Development. As you are aware the Ontario Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing Steve Clark had requested that
City council reconsider their MZO support and follow the Minister’s policy to do their Due Diligence and consult with residents. The City of Cambridge did not do this and doubled down on the City’s request to
the Province for a MZO. Now the Developer Broccolini is holding a “so called” public meeting for this purpose on very short notice. We believe this is to give some cover to the Province to approve the MZO.
The meeting is scheduled for May 6 th starting at 6:30pm. The meeting is scheduled to run for 90 minutes with about 25 minutes for a presentation and the balance for questions. Chris Pigeon confirmed on

Our committee has met regarding this event and have a strategy to ensure it is well attended and full of questions. First of all, we would like all residence to take some time and craft in an email as many
questions as you can think of before the meeting and send it to Mr. Pigeon 3 hours prior to the meeting (3:30pm May 6th ). We are hoping he receives 100+ emails with at least 10-20 or more questions per
email. Do not worry that your question is not pretty, every question will have an impact. Pigeon has told us he will only be answering questions directly related to the project but no need to be that specific, feel
