Reasons for Removal include but are not limited to are as follows; orders against Indigenous identification including names, failing to enforce or acknowledge truths and reconciliations acknowledged and adopted by Canada, orders that children whose great-grandfather attended residential school; Mohawk Institute that they are not members of the Six Nations community, targeting Onkwehonwe women and their children, not recusing herself when a conflict of interest presented itself.
