Only 4% of federal funding goes to Pediatric cancer. There’s something seriously wrong with that. So for those that don’t know, my 7yr. old niece Layla has been battling a very rare & aggressive form of brain cancer for almost a year now.

After her 3rd brain surgery on March 10th, she just had her 3 month scans that not only revealed that the cancer is back, but it has spread to other parts of her brain & spine. A few days after those new findings, she was then diagnosed with Leptomeningeal disease which is cancer in the cerebrospinal fluid. Keep in mind, Leptomeningeal disease is incurable. With treatment, the survival is 6 months. Without treatment, it’s 6 weeks. Layla is about a month in. 

We need a miracle. But we also need to call on Congress & our President for increased funding for Pediatric cancer. 
This is the worst thing a parent can face & it shouldn’t be happening. We need to do more. We need to take action, but we can’t do this alone. We need your support! Not only will this help save innocent, young lives but it will help keep families together & whole.
