I was recently asked, "who's gonna pay for this?" Regarding the AtmoGen Project for Lake Mead.

I have written several letters to the Nevada Senate and Members of Congress about the water issue.  Knowing that raising taxes for something like this would not go over well with the population, I offered that this project is completed by a Non-Profit Organization. In this way, only those who wish to participate would be able to do so without raising tax dollars. 

I feel strongly about this. I have fond memories of the lake and am angered that this issue wasn't addressed 10 years ago. We can do this without hindering the public with more taxes.
