This petition is to demand immediate intervention for a cat currently confined to a small cage in a garage under unfit, inhumane conditions. The cat, pictured above, is being kept in a cramped enclosure with limited space to move, stretch, or play. She is surrounded by soiled bedding, neglected litter areas, and is frequently left alone for extended periods in the dark while her owner is away.

This is not just neglectful—it’s abuse. The cat is not receiving the basic emotional and medical care any living creature deserves. Multiple offers to rehome the cat, provide vet care, or improve her quality of life have been ignored by the current owner.

We are asking animal welfare authorities, local shelters, and any compassionate individuals with the power to act to step in and remove the cat from this environment immediately.
