The Issue

It’s heartbreaking to know that this mother elephant, after losing her baby  hit and killed by a truck on May 11th in Malaysia is now wandering aimlessly, visibly grieving, with no official sanctuary or rescue team currently taking care of her.

Her pain is real. Her grief is visible. And as human beings, we cannot remain silent.

We are calling on the world’s most respected animal sanctuaries and organizations including:  Pairi Daiza (Belgium), Elephant Nature Park (Thailand), and international protection groups such as PETA, World Animal Protection, FOUR PAWS, and WWF.

This grieving mother needs help. She needs a safe space, professional care, and compassion.

She needs someone to welcome her, to comfort her, and to give her a real chance to recover from this trauma. Right now, she is alone. And we cannot let that continue.

We urge these institutions to act immediately and coordinate with Malaysian wildlife authorities to relocate and protect this elephant.

We cannot ignore her. We cannot look away. Let’s raise our voices. Let’s act.

Because every life matters, and today, this one needs all of us!
