We've seen the work being taken on Orchard Road park recently and wondered if there was anything we could do for the park near the caravan park?
It's such a small park that caters for at least 347 houses in the near area, That's so many children plus visitors and children in other areas. It's tired and empty, one swing for a toddler to use and two for older children, nothing much happening there for the older children nor really young children, apart from two rocking horses and the one swing. There is a lot of space and not a lot of usage from it, we would love to see more park activities there, new swings, slides and space to play, climbing frames and tunnels? Please help us persuade Portsmouth City Councii to give this lovely little park so much more! A crossing near the entrance might also be a lovely addition to allow safe access to the park. Would you guys help me? This park has so much potential, let's allow it to shine and be a safe and happy place to play!
