Daleon Rice was sentenced around the same time as Taira with about the same charges…..however this shows the charging and sentencing disproportionately. He shot at officers 9x and assaulted a police dog. He got PFO as well as receives the same sentence and is actually eligible for parole sooner…at least until this new allegation goes to trial/plea. This just shows Taira was way over charged as well as over sentenced for something she did out of fear with no intention to hurt anyone. Link shows original charges and new crime
