There was this Lady who goes by the name of AllinwithAri on Youtube and she is a scammer that really needs to be brought down and put to justice. Her real name is Ronnie Spurr and she has done something called Penal Code 532 which means she has done theft by deception from telling lies and using manipulation with her YouTube videos. How did this happen you ask?

On her YouTube Channel she posted her first video about being homeless and tricked people into thinking she really was homeless from regular form videos and some shorts she made while exposing the homeless and homelessness hashtags for her own advantage. She set up a cash app and a patreon account to allow people to donate to her at certain times or give her a certain amount monthly. After awhile she started doing malicious stuff under peoples noses by announcing that she was quitting her job then disabling her cash app's refund tab from what others have commented about on YouTube video comments when they asked for refunds. Then she had the nerve to delete her cash app then stuck the super comment (Thanks heart button) on her videos to continue to get money from people online.

Some people did some digging around about her and found her public arrest records online after she was being called out as a scammer in her video comments. In one video she made she was in denial of the facts presented to her after making somewhat of a confession video and continued to ignore the concerns of other viewers after they found out her extensive criminal history besides neglecting her son at a young age as an infant or toddler. Shes also known from missing a court appeal and also tried to steal things from a Wal-Mart store. As she continued to make videos she did damage control for certain videos she uploaded or community tab posts she made. Besides that she made copies of her community tab posts onto twitter as well if it fit into the character limit.

So why is she on YouTube? After she lost her rights to be around to take care of her son because of court orders, she was suppose to be seeing her son for 4 hours a week while supervized in Arkansas until he was the age of 18 or older. Instead she turned her back on him going against the courts orders. Shes now in California messing around at the age of her early 30's while stealing peoples money over the internet with a false identity and lifestyle. She even made a claim that she wanted to bring awareness to homelessness and that never really happened with staged videos she uploaded. Then shes taking that money while showing it off on things she tried to buy or actually bought. She did make an attempt on going to a Mercedes-Benz dealership saying she was "trying to get a used van" and actually slandered one of the male workers helping her out behind his back by calling him a creep when it was really the guys job to help the customers while being friendly. She even spent money on luxury hotel rooms rather then getting a motel room, expensive food items like vegetarian pizza claiming she was a vegan when she could have bought meals on the cheap for just her meal times that day (Canned goods, Deli items, etc.), and was getting other things she really didn't need by being materialistic like new clothes that were probably expensive as well. Then when she was doing her videos she would go back to dressing like a homeless person to make people think she was still living in her car. After awhile people weren't really falling for it afterwards because of her wearing an apple watch, having a new iphone, and the kind of clothes she was really wearing when slipping up on her community posts or people finding pictures of her online.

Since now people are very livid of what shes done with lies and manipulation then continues to be in denial and deflecting from what she was doing as an unregistered felon, She needs to be in jail after the amount of damage shes done. 

So the situation is if we win with enough signatures to pass it into action then YouTube will have to Ban her channel and the Los Angeles Police Department besides other departments should be contacted in California to be on the look out for her if they see her face around at places since she was pretty dodgy about it on video before when noticing a police car passing by her. Then if we don't get enough signatures to pass this into action she'll be able to continue to lurk around in California to steal more money from people online with her scam on videos shes uploading on YouTube.

If you look up "AllinwithAri" on google search or go to YouTube and search for "AllinwithAri Scam" or "AllinwithAri Exposed" then the videos from there is more then enough proof of what people were doing to find her.

If one of the goal conditions is met to place a Victory on the petition (Recently added on Oct. 7th, 2022 to clear up any confusion):

- At 35,000 signatures if this gets into the news and Ronnie is thrown in court from being convicted then i will declare a victory.

- The California police catch her first before getting my written letter or before 35,000 signatures from this petition and is convicted and placed into a courtroom, then i'll declare victory.

- Then if my letter I've written goes out later and the police catch Ronnie and Google bans her google account along with her YouTube Channel, then i'll declare victory if the decision makers can follow through with me on what has happened to make things right after Ronnie is convicted and placed on trial at a court house.

I thought i would place a handful of videos down from YouTube creators showing proof of what Ronnie Spurr is doing that people have looked up about her and presented the facts about what she did. If Ronnie sees this, i wouldn't be surprised if she blew a gasket.
