Dear supporters, 

The Public Hearing before the Board of Adjustment was held on Wednesday, January 7th, 2026. 
We were incredibly touched by the community's support. Thank you again!
The support of the community and the large number of signatures on this petition, led us to believe that the Board of Adjustment would give us a special exemption for one year to allow us to finally build the team. 

We are in shock. 

They denied everything. No exemption allowed. 

The Hearing lasted seven hours, and Rachel was only given three minutes to speak. Our attorney respectfully requested that we be allowed fifteen minutes instead of the ten minutes allowed. The Chairman denied this request. 

Three minutes out of seven hours seems very little 

What is next for us? 

We are considering a few expensive options.
