Dear Friends and Activists
Our team is in Yulin, and we are sad to announce the horror we are facing. The ' festival ' is not due to start for another week, but the markets are full of dead dogs, and as our photos show, they are being brought in with small vans—zero regard for food safety. Most of the brutality is happening out of public view, but we have already uncovered some seedy slaughterhouses, and dog meat is being sold for $8 a kilo. We will continue to document to raise objections and, above all, to rescue. Trucks with stolen dogs are also already on the move.
CALL TO ACTION
We need your support to help fund our work, as our volunteers are desperately underfunded.

We also need you to raise objections to the Chinese embassy in your country and your respective embassies in China ( LINKS BELOW) If you can organise a protest we can support you with materials and getting volunteers.
Yulin, a corrupt city, is just one of the many big cities that continue to run this black market industry on cruelty.
Ten days ago, we welcomed Yulin survivors we had previously rescued and looked at their innocent faces; it is heartbreaking to know dogs like them are pleading for their lives.
