Cho's opponent Paul Jonathan Saguil has unsuccessfully run for office in multiple jurisdictions across the GTA and is this time trying his hand in Willowdale. Yet Mr. Saguil  has avoided our requests to address the issues of Willowdale Manor seniors and of resident ratepayers who resent being ignored and steamrolled by downtown politicians.
