BCBSTX needs to hear us louder. They denied an appeal today. The dr who denied it specializes in medical genetics. How does that qualify her to know anything about a child with a trach needs. Luke doesnt have a genetic disorder. She is just another dr who probably gets paid, bonuses, and vacations based on the amount of denials she does. 

Sad that money comes before the life of a child.
