I hope everyone is keeping safe and well in these difficult times.

I understand SURE Insurance, which currently quotes for residential home and contents insurance from Bundaberg north and west only, will be entering the small residential strata market as of 1st July 2020. I'm told they are already quoting for policies which start from this date.

Initially, I understand, they are looking at complexes valued at $5M or less but hope to expand in the future.  

I sincerely hope they are able to expand to the larger market soon as this is where the difficulties are predominately.
