I'm so sorry to bother those not in the floods but for those who are I've just received this from the ICA. It would seem not a lot of people have registered, but then again even I knew nothing about it:

The ICA and insurers are running 2 forums for impacted claimants, the first is next week. (1 is 25th February, the 2nd 25th March - which is a long time for a claims solution).
