The review aims to examine a number of important issues specific to the governance of bodies corporate, which will be used to access strata schemes within Queensland’s property industry. Previous industry reviews have evaluated lot entitlements, seller disclosure, debt recovery and scheme termination, helping to highlight the concerns of strata residents and shape the current industry. We encourage you to make a submission, particularly if you are concerned about aspects of the strata legislation or by-laws.
