I spoke to IAG in Cairns recently and they said their InsureLite product could be accessed by Landlords who own houses. I've now looked at the product in more detail and whilst it isn't designed for Landlords it could be useful for some. NOTE WELL: this product does not include any loss of earnings, malicious damage etc. It only has building insurance and public liability ($2M I think), so be very careful. However, if you have a long term tenant who pays regularly it may be worth considering. Happy New Year Margaret
