Some people seem to have missed this information, but it is worth looking into IF your strata property is valued <$5M (duplexes, small complexes etc.) and 10 or less units. Suncorp have brought out a new product which can be bought direct from them only (no brokers). They say up to 20% reduction but I have reports of up to 40% saving and one of 80% reduction.
