We've reached a big milestone!

The NC Street-Legal SXS Bill, Senate Bill 241, was drafted by Senator Jarvis, Sawyer, and Johnson on March 11th!

The bill must now make it through the transportation committee in the senate if it stands any chance of becoming law. 

The bill is already meeting resistance from the department of transportation (DOT) and the Recreational Off-Highway Vehicle Organization (ROHVA). They oppose it. In fact, the ROHVA sent a letter to every senator in the transportation committee stating that the organization opposes the bill.

This is why it's important for you to reach out to the senators on the transportation committee to influence their votes. I've taken several hours to streamline the process for you. I've made it super easy for you to do.

This is our chance to get the bill over one of the biggest hurdles it will face on the way to becoming law. Please get your family and friends to reach out to the senators on the transportation committee as well.
