I have a court hearing on Monday the 6th and to say that I'm terrified would be an understatement. I do not know what to expect honestly. I know they re filed my case, which basically means we're starting all over from the beginning. I am not very knowledgeable about the meanings of things they are doing and I believe this is how they are manipulating me. I have nobody going to court with me and my lawyer doesn't really help me much because she's a court appointed lawyer, not a private one. They don't care which way it goes really. I can either keep the one I got, or petition the judge to approve for me another court appointed lawyer to take over my case. I honestly don't know which way to go, because the next one I get may not be any better. I am currently trying to raise money through gofundme to retain a private lawyer so if you would be interested in supporting me in that, I would greatly appreciate it. I do not know what else I would be able to do to get someone who will fight for my rights as their parents and fight to bring my kids home safe and sound.. I'm at a loss.
