We the students, parents, alumni, and supporters of our school band, are deeply enraged and upset about the unjust decision to fire Mr. Campbell. We firmly believe that he doesn’t deserve to be let go. For the past couple of years, Mr. Campbell has been more than just a band director but also an irreplaceable mentor and role model who has dedicated himself to the success and well being of his students.

  Mr. Campbell goes above and beyond, not just by teaching music, but by fostering a supportive and inspiring environment for his students. He ensures our uniforms are well-kept, stays on top of every detail, and leads with respect and integrity. His passion and commitment to the band have made a lasting impact on all of us. He’s made such an impact on his students that most of them are thinking of quitting band, the thing they love, if he leaves the school, No student should have to do this.

  There is no justifiable reason for his dismissal. Removing him would not only be a loss for the band program but also for the students not in band who love him. We refuse to stand by and let this happen.

    We urge the administration to reconsider this decision and recognize the invaluable contributions Mr. Campbell has made.
