Media coverage is needed in Stoddard County, Missouri where 4 minor siblings- 11 year old boy with Autism, 8 year old girl with epilepsy, 2 year old boy, and a 3 month old boy- were wrongfully taken from their school (older siblings) and home (younger siblings). They were taken wednesday 4/24/24. Court was thursday. The judge flat out said they are in no harm at home or with parents but that his ruling is to keep them in protective custody because it's easier and faster for a government agency to get her care for her epilepsy. No questions or concerns on the other 3 siblings, just the child with epilepsy who has an appointment set up in St. Louis for her condition on May 10, they basically told the family they were doing them a favor. I know this because they are MY children. I have reached out to Governor Parsons, Senator Hawley, Senator Jason Bean, Representative Morse, the form they gave us at court has so many errors, the diagnosis of my daughter is inaccurate, her medication they have listed is inaccurate and if that is what they give her they will overdose her. They have not contacted her doctor or neurologist, nor her teacher or bus driver, all mandated reporters who have knowledge and established relationships with my daughter, who have seen her seizures and know how severe they can get as of Friday. All of those people would have shed light. Children's Services is going through with false allegations and punishing a family for the lack of access to adequate medical care in the state of Missouri. My family has been through absolute hell this past year, I had a high risk pregnancy, my corrections Officer husband injured himself on the job and had to take 8 months fmla without income and had his workers comp denied so our taxes were garnished for our mortgage, on 4-20 on his way to work my husband got in a car accident and his truck rolled 5 times, he's lucky to be alive but now we have no vehicle and now our children have been taken and we don't know where they are, they tried to deny us witnesses at court, this needs to be made public. This County needs to be put under a microscope. Please, someone, anyone, help my kids come home here they never should have been taken from.

Our kids were returned home on 10-11-24, however Missouri did not terminate jurisdiction until 11-14-24. They are STILL trying continue the knowingly false charges against my husband a year after the State terminated jurisdiction giving back legal custody deeming the removal unsubstantiated. We discovered 3 of our kids were assulted while in State custody and to this day (10-11-25) all Officals and Departments have refused to do their obligational duties. We discovered our towns (Advance) former Mayor- Ryan Slinkard is on the board of Directors of the Group Home 3 of our 4 kids were thrown into, his brother Chris Slinkard is the Commissioner at Large of Missouri Commission of Human Rights- no surprise the request they confirmed I submitted on 6-10-24 for a Notice of Right to Sue letter be granted to me against Missouri DCS, was not responded to until AUGUST OF 2025. They claimed they had no jurisdiction which they indeed do, not a single thorough investigation has been done, STAT has still not been invited to investigate. I have so many recordings on TikTok @ rachaelclark013 that irrefutable prove corruption within Missouri on a mass scale. The FBI has also been ignoring it, if not in collusion with the corruption as they hired Andrew Bailey after being sent audio of his office refusing to investigate the SA of our 2 year old in that Group Home, which is why our kids were returned home. What ended up being our final FST and last time seeing those evil DCS women was 11-13-24 where they tried to lie on audio that they had no idea my son had Xrays on 5-3-24 just 3 days before they were taken to my Mom, and they were kidnapped from their home and school on 4-24-24 where several illegal and invasive tests were conducted on our children including xrays and we only know of any of it as the bills were sent to our home months later. We never lost parental rights at any point so we retained the right to medical and educational decisions over our children, but they still took us off our childrens HIPPA and did not correct it until AFTER our children were returned home. Missouri has destroyed our lives in so many ways and the fact that a year later, because they have such a fragile ego and dedication to their lies  we still have not been able to heal or move forward for even one day while these false charges continue. We demand justice and NOW.
